Two held for forcing 3-year-old to drink liquor Staff Reporter July 8, 2015 TIRUVANNAMALA, INDIA – The police arrested two persons and are on the lookout for three others who forced a little boy to drink liquor. The video of drunk youths forcing a little boy of about three years of age to drink went viral on the social media on Monday. Collector A. Gnanasekaran asked the police to trace the owner of a vehicle found in the clip based on the number plate. Police seized the vehicle and arrested the owner, J.Elumalai (23). He told police that the incident had taken place in Mel Chozhankuppam village in the district. He also gave the names of four other persons saying that they had made the boy drink liquor, captured the video and uploaded it on WhatsApp. Based on the information, Kaliyappan (22), another youth seen in the video was arrested. “The three others who are absconding will be arrested soon,” the Collector said. |
