Advocates, state police warn Virginians about drunken driving during Christmas holiday

Safe-driving advocates and the Virginia State Police are warning motorists that the Christmas holiday, like New Year’s, is treacherous for drinking and driving.  They are urging Virginians to make a plan for a sober driver when traveling to and from holiday festivities.
