American Legion charged with illegal liquor sales

Ohio

The American Legion Post 121 in Fremont has been charged with illegal sales of alcohol.

The Ohio Investigative Unit said Tuesday its agents executed a search warrant at the Legion hall on Friday and confiscated 553 bottles or cans of beer, 183 bottles of liquor, 78 bottles of spirituous bottles of liquor and $85 in cash.
