Police collected CCTV footage from each of the pubs that Woolley had been to

A ‘reckless’ motorist who drank Jägermeister and ten pints of beer before hitting a cyclist with his car and fleeing the scene has been jailed for more than five years.
Samuel Woolley, 27, drank alcohol at three different pubs before he got behind the wheel of his Ford Focus, hitting and killing Richard Gardner, 32, on December 22, 2017.
The fatal collision was on Brownhill Way, Southampton, Hampshire.
He was sentenced at Southampton Crown Court to five years and four months in jail for causing death by driving without due care and attention whilst over the prescribed limit, and driving a vehicle which failed to stop.
